Les Dames d’Escoffier Simply Celebrating Julia
The San Antonio chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International celebrates the 100th birthday of chef Julia Child. Special guests include acclaimed chefs Sara Moulton and Stephen Pyles, among others. A gourmet lunch will be prepared by San Antonio's leading chefs and a silent auction will take place. All proceeds go toward scholarships awarded to female culinary students.
